The Planning Department is open Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30 p.m.

The Site Plan Review Committee meets on the 1st and 3rd. Wednesdays of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Skaket Meeting Room at the Orleans Town Hall on an "as needed basis" only if applications have been submitted for review. All new applications must initially be submitted for an Informal Review. Seven copies of the Site Plan application and all corresponding plans must be submitted to the Planning Department no later than noon on the Wednesday prior to the Site Plan Review Committee meeting you want to present your application.
